If you watched The Office last night, you may have caught the split-second teaser for the Subtle Sexuality music video, available online.

“Whazat?” I asked myself, and decided to check it out.  Peep the video for “Male Prima Donna” featuring ‘Nard Dog and introducing Mr. Understood:

Kelly Kapoor, Erin Hannon, Andy Bernard, and Ryan Howard are moonlighting as pop stars!

Pretty bizarre, right?  Seems like a confusing after-school project, but somehow, it works.  I’ve always enjoyed Kelly’s relationship with Ryan (and everything about Mindy Kaling in general) and hope to see more of these videos pop up.

Perhaps one with Meredith?  She’s got things to say.

Comfort Fedoke, Katee Shean, Courtney Galiano SYTYCD

So You Think You Can Dance fans should check out this goofy, inspired “Don’t Take Our Man, B!tch” concert performance brought to you by last season’s top ladies: Comfort FedokeCourtney Galiano and Katee Shean! Comfort belts out the Titanic ballad “My Heart Will Go On” as Katee passionately pounds on a Casio keyboard in the background and Courtney films the madness.

The lady-duo call themselves Carter & Lee (after Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan’s characters in Rush Hour). It’s magic… Enjoy!

Ok…Comfort won’t win American Idol, but I appreciate that she “still goes hard” for the whole act. Get it, ladies! Nothing better than seeing girls just wanna have fuh-unn and act a fool together. BUT let’s not forget that these ladies are psycho-talented dancers - watch them tear it up on SYTYCD:

Katee & Joshua - Contemporary

Comfort & Twitch - Hip Hop

Courtney & Mark - Jazz

Don’t Quit Your City Job, Jay

The City: Whitney PortIs anyone out there besides me still watching The City?  Week after week I tune into the spin-off of The Hills to enjoy the widening and narrowing of Whitney’s eyes, decide whether or not Australian Jay has a severe overbite, and roll my eyes at every word that comes out of Olivia Palermo’s mouth.  Girlfriend thinks she’s in The Age of Innocence or some shizz.

I’ve always been curious about Jay’s supposed music career, as his band Tamarama hasn’t been featured on the show yet.  Today, I came across this post on Just Jared, re: the video for Tamarama’s first single, “Everything to Me.”

Check it out:

Ew!  I feel like that must be one of the least cool things I’ve ever seen in my life.  It’s like a mix between an American Eagle Outfitters ad and LFO’s Summer Girls video, with music by the poor man’s Jack Johnson and also it’s 1998 and they’re from Saved By the Bell: The New Class.  You know what I’m saying.

Honestly, I’m a bit disappointed.  I actually thought Jay might be a vaguely cool dude.  Guess I should’ve known.

I miss Justin Bobby.

Stay Golden, Pistolboy. Stay Golden.

Well, shucks.  What’s a girl to say ’bout a video like this?:

Pistol Youth has done it again (jk no clue if they’ve ever done anything)!  The band’s new video for “In My Eyes” features band member heads superimposed on Golden Girls bodies whilst they sing. Creepy, I agree… but comforting in a way, no?  It’s nice to watch our girls, even with Pistol Youth manfaces.  The Rose dance sequence alone brings back fond memories.

This vid actually kind of reminds me of an oldie but a goody, in both sound and concept.  Namely, Weezer’s “Buddy Holly” video, which spliced the band into scenes from Happy Days:

BAM!  Always enjoyed that one.  There ain’t NOTHIN better than a young Ron Howard.
