Jersey Shore Mania: Snooki Gets Spoofed

Heh.  Jersey Shore mania continues! Two spoofs came out this weekend paying homage to the hit MTV reality series…

First Bobby Moynihan as Princess of Poughkeepsie Snooki visited Seth Meyers on Weekend Update on Saturday Night Live. Check it out:

HA!  How’d you like that cameo by The Situation?  Wish I had me some back-abs.

Next up, true Italian-American / Who’s the Boss? star Alyssa Milano whipped together a Funny or Die spoof of those famous Dove commercials, Jersey Shore style:

Awesome!  Total Snooki.

It’s interesting that Snooki’s getting the bulk of the media attention.  I don’t think it’s just cuz of that notorious bar punch, either - babe is bonkers!  Well-deserved reality celebrity status, methinks.  I hope she finds a nice Guido to call her own.

The article targets learning to be a Portable Media Player. Not a browser. Not just a game machine. Maybe at some point it’ll do better yet in those areas, but for now it is just a fantastic way to organize and focus on your music and videos, and is particularly without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is a personal smart choice.
