You know how they say Germans have no sense of humor? NEWSFLASH: It’s true. 30 Rock debuted in Germany this week and scored a 0.0 in ratings, which means less than 5,000 people tuned in to watch. Nicht gut!
To Germany’s credit, I have no idea how a show like 30 Rock could possibly translate into another language/culture. So many American pop culture references and English language wordplay! Sorry, Fey, It just don’t work.
Okay, now watch this video of hilarious 30 Rock bloopers and pipe down. You’re giving me a headache over here.
