SPOTTED: Gossip Girl-Inspired Anna Sui Collection

Wahoo! A few weeks ago I came across news that acclaimed designer Anna Sui would be designing a low-cost fashion line for Target inspired by Gossip Girl. As a huge fan of Blair Waldorf’s wardrobe, I’ve been squealing to myself over this ever since.
Well today, the look book has been leaked! Let’s take a look at a sampling of these Gossip Girl-inspired threads:

Vanessa Abrams:
I’ve gotta say, I LOVE the Blair looks and will absolutely be picking up more than one piece once they hit stores. Serena’s looks are too conservative for her and pretty dull, in my opinion. Jenny’s dresses are too Hot Topic-y and look sort of cheap (a disservice to fashion-loving Li’l J!). The Vanessa pieces are strangely orange and almost…vulgar?
Pretty decent showing overall, though, I’d say, despite not being 100% true to their characters.
The Anna Sui-for-Target Gossip Girl line will supposedly be in stores September 13 through October 17. Get ‘em while they’re hot!
