American Idol Final Two: Adam Lambert vs Kris Allen

Tonight is the final American Idol face-off between Adam Lambert and Kris Allen (a.k.a., the Shrieking Sexpot versus the Boy Next Door Who Asked You to Prom By Serenading You With a Song on His Guitar).
The title is really Adam’s to lose since he’s been the most consistently engaging (albeit polarizing) performer of the Idol season, but Kris has a quiet confidence and rearranges songs just as creatively. He just does so in a (faaaar) less showy way.
It should be an interesting battle. Word from mjsbigblog is that tonight, each dude will sing three songs:
1. An encore of their fave jam (rumor is that Adam will sing “Mad World” - Kris should do “Ain’t No Sunshine”)
2. A song pick by Idol creator Simon Fuller
3. The “coronation song” (written by judge Kara DioGuardi and titled “No Boundaries” - finally she’s put to good use!)
And what can we expect at the GRAND FINALE tomorrow? Guest musicians a-gogo, duets and the return of this year’s Top 13:
1. Adam Lambert will perform with a “sweet” rock group on the finale.
2. Kris Allen will duet with Keith Urban.
3. Allison Iraheta will duet with Cyndi Lauper (hollllaaaaa!).
4. Danny Gokey will duet with Lionel Richie.
5. The Top 13 will butcher/perform Santana’s “Smooth” and Pink’s “So What”
6. Other appearances by: Queen Latifah, Black Eyed Peas, David Cook, Steve Martin, Rod Stewart and Jason Mraz
Who will win? Kris could definitely upset and take the crown from Adam. Guess I’ve complained-and-watched all season, so I might as well tune in for the finale - let’s suffer together, friends. Tune in to American Idol tonight and tomorrow!

There is only one person who deserves to win — Adam. He has been consistently “on point”.
I have 4 land lines and 2 cells and I intend to use them all for Adam.
Come on Granmas, don’t let the tweens show us up.

What’s with the tweens for Kris and granmas for Adam? I’m 40 and I love Kris. My mom is 65 and she likes Kris as well. I have a daughter who is 10, and well, she’s crazy about Kris Allen.
Kris and Adam are just too different to be compared. It all boils down to who has a wider range of audience.
I am guessing it’s Kris.
