Bills, Bills, Bills: Miley Slapped With $4 Billion Suit

Tuesday on Square Eyes, you read about Hannah Montana’s Miley Cyrus offending the Asian community by slanting her eyes with her fingers for a photo with a group of friends.
Today on Square Eyes, you’re reading about the $4 billion class action lawsuit filed against Miley!

Apparently, Miley’s apology wasn’t enough for Lucie J. Kim, who has filed a lawsuit on behalf of the 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in Los Angeles. Kim claims that the teenybopper “knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ.” Per the lawsuit, each Asian Pacific Islander is entitled to $4,000, the minimum damages for a civil rights violation.
Miley’s crew couldn’t be reached for comment. Ay carumba!
Whether or not she’s awarded the dough, Kim is no doubt making a statement, one which I’m sure Slanty Cyrus hears loud and clear.
What do you think, blogosphere? Though I’m tired sick of her constant mess-ups, I can’t help but feel a bit bad for li’l miss Hannah Montana. At the end of the day, she’s just a 16-year-old dumbass who’s trying to live off the fatta’ the lan’ and tend to the rabbits. I do believe she’s so dumb that she didn’t know any better.
